Our website is operated by us from New Zealand. The information on our website may not be appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you choose to access our website from a jurisdiction other than New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
Price
Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
We can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.
You are bound to pay us the price once we accept your order. A quotation does not give rise to a binding contract until you place an order which we subsequently accept.
Returns
You must check and report any incorrect items received within 9 days of receiving them within NZ and 14 Days outside NZ. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. You must not open or use it. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.
You must report any faulty or damaged items within 9 days of receiving them within NZ and 14 Days outside NZ. Photos or other forms of evidence are requested as proof. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
We are not able to refund your purchase if you just change your mind or order the wrong items. We are happy to provide you with a voucher if your items are returned within 9 days of the date you received them within NZ and 14 days outside NZ, with our acceptance of your return request, providing the items are in their original condition. The voucher amount will be the value of all the returned items (excluding shipping costs), and less $3.9 for NZ and $9.50 (outside NZ) if your order qualifies for free shipping. The shipping costs incurred for returning and redelivering item/s for exchange are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
Payment
Credit / debit card payments are charged an additional 2.9% surcharge.
PayPal payments are charged an additional 3.4% surcharge.
Ownership of the goods remains with us and does not pass to you until you pay all amounts you owe to us.
You cannot withhold or reverse payment or make any deductions from any amount you owe us without our prior written consent.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1993. All order information and your personal details are private and confidential. They cannot be accessed by any other party.
We are committed to bringing you the best, most interesting information possible, tailored where we can to your individual needs. We are also committed to protecting your privacy. The site may also place cookies on your computer. These are only accessible by us and will only be used to track the pages of the website visited by you, in order for us to build a better site more tailored to your needs and interests. Our cookies do not record personal information about you, merely your computer.
