Returns
You must check and report any incorrect items received within 9 days of receiving them within New Zealand (Other countries 14 Days) We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. You must not open or use it. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.  
You must report any faulty or damaged items within 9 days of receiving them within NZ and 14 days (countries outside NZ). Photos or other forms of evidence are requested as proof. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. 
We are not able to refund your purchase if you just change your mind or order the wrong items. We are happy to provide you with a voucher if your items are returned within 9 days for NZ from the date you received them and (14 days outside NZ) with our acceptance of your return request, providing the items are in their original condition. The voucher amount will be the value of all the returned items (excluding shipping costs), and less $3.9 for NZ and $9.50 for other countries if your order qualifies for free shipping. The shipping costs incurred for returning and redelivering item/s for exchange are NOT covered or reimbursed by us
