Shipping & Delivery
Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver, or arrange delivery of, the goods to that place. Except where otherwise agreed, you will pay for all resulting transportation costs.
Anytime stated for delivery is an estimate only.
All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 
The delivery timeframe for each shipping method is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.
All estimates are based on business days.

Shipping time-fame

Auckland- 3 to 5 business days, rural NZ 4 to 6 business days

Australia- 5 to 7 business days

Others 7 to 9 business Days

Goods are usually shipped the next business day.

If you provide authorization for the courier company to sign for and leave a parcel without a signature at the time of delivery, both the courier company and we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority regardless of whether you provide any further instructions such as “if no one is home”.
Orders to Australia and countries out side NZ may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. If any such additional charges occur, they must be rendered by the customer in order for the package to clear customs.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Guarantees
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“Act”) applies:
If the goods are acquired by you for business purposes, you agree that the Act does not apply.
If you supply goods acquired from us, you must do so on the basis that the Act does not apply
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.
